This free program, offered by the Alabama Cooperative Extension System, helps strengthen relationships through engaging sessions led by educators in a casual setting. It supports adults (individuals and couples) and youth in developing skills in cooperation, conflict management, positive attitude building, and fostering affection.

Our Job Readiness and Workforce Development program believe in motivating students to develop positive attitude toward the world of work, improving work habits, human relations on the job, appropriate grooming for the workplace/personal hygiene, interviewing techniques and dealing with layoffs and injuries.

Consultant
Our Childcare Consultant Program partners with families, childcare centers, and organizations to enhance the quality and effectiveness of childcare services. We provide expert advice and support in areas such as child development, helping families select appropriate childcare, resolving issues, navigating licensing requirements, training staff, and improving overall program quality.
