For the past thirty-five (35) years, MOCA Pounds of Care, Inc. has auspiciously been up and running.Our organization is very rewarding and has an outstanding track record in the development of human capital and providing social services to assist underprivilged families to slow down the decline of the family structure, as we know today.

Our mission is to provide training assistance for low-income individuals who lack adequate skills to achieve economic independence as well as to provide child care and other services to both public and private citizens in need of family services.
